We will send out one of our land specialist and conduct a pre-evaluation on your land which allows us to gain a better understanding of the land and its potential. We will have to do a more in-depth assessment once we've agreed to a price and have a commitment on paper.

Step 3

Once we have the necessary information related to the property and its condition, you will receive a no obligation offer.

Step 4

Once you accept our offer we will conveniently send you a Purchase Agreement. We can submit agreements via fax, email, priority mail or notary. Once we have received the agreement back from you we'll submit the agreement to our escrow company and begin our due diligence on your land.

This is the most important step as we would need to evaluate various aspects such as soil quality, topography, endangered species and existing infrastructure. This evaluation will provide us with valuable insights that will help us determine the feasibility of any future projects or developments on your land. It is important for us to gather this information in order to make informed decisions and ensure that any proposed plans are suitable for your land. Step 5

Once we've have completed our due diligence we will coordinate a closing. If you live locally you’ll just have to sign some paperwork and collect your cash on the day of closing. If you live out of town, the closing documents will be sent to you via overnight delivery and funds can be sent to you by either wire or check.
